Merchandise Return Policy

DVD Returns:

All IRVA DVD orders are processed and fulfilled by CreateSpace. To return a defective DVD, contact CreateSpace Customer Support for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You may request a replacement for your purchase within 30 days of the order ship date for either of the following two reasons:

  • The wrong DVD was sent.
  • The DVD received is defective (including damage in transit, or disc compatibility issue).

Amazon Book Returns:

Returns of books and other merchandise purchased through the IRVA's Amazon Affiliated Book Store are governed by the return policy of Amazon. Please contact Amazon Customer Support through the Amazon.com website.

Ingo Swann Books and Other Merchandise Returns:

We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies, contact us upon receipt, and we'll gladly fix it. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days with a prior RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
